Classic Baking: Not So Crummy Crumb Cake

Kit Includes:

  • #1 Flour Mixture
  • #2 Sugar
  • #3 Vanilla Extract
  • #4 Crumb Mixture
  • Parchment Paper
  • Gloves

You Will Need:

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature (Cake)

  • 2 large eggs at room temperature

  • 4 oz buttermilk (regular milk with just a squeeze of lemon juice)

  • 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter cut into ½ inch pieces  (topping)

  • Cooking Spray

  • Whisk

  • Hand Mixer

  • 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch Round Pan

  • Cookie Sheet
