Baking Coach® Products Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at the Baking Coach®. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If you would like to cancel your order you may do so as long as the order is still processing. No returns will be accepted once your order has already shipped.

If you have any questions or experience an issue, please Contact Us. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Or we can issue a credit for the Baking Coach.

The Baking Coach® Workshops Cancellation Policy:
Cancelations with 24 hours or more notice:   Refunds will not be given, but if you are unable to attend the paid workshop and notify us 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop, you will receive a gift card credit towards a future workshop.

Cancellations less than 24 hours:  We are unable to provide a Refund or Credit and you will be responsible for payment.   If a participant cancels can provide you with a kit that includes the pre-measured dry ingredients and an instructional video or recording of the workshop. Kits must be picked up within 14 days.
