You Will Need:

• 1 ½ sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature (divided)

• 2 eggs at room temperature

• 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

Tools:

• Scissors

• Rubber Spatula

• 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 pan

• Cooking spray

• 2 Large bowls

• Cookie Sheet (optional)
