EmployAbility Pledge:
As of October 25th, 2024, The Baking Coach is proud to announce that we have taken the EmployAbility pledge by New York State's Office for People with Developmental Disabilities!
According to their official website, this pledge states that The Baking Coach will "support the employment of qualified individuals with disabilities, and seek to provide customers and patrons of our business/organization with an environment that meets their needs for accessibility in structure, communication and interaction with our staff. We encourage other businesses and organizations to join us in taking this pledge, and are proud to join NY State in creating communities that seek to include individuals with all abilities."
Whenever a company or organization takes this pledge, they get name on "EmployAbility Honor Roll page of New York State's website. Currently Baking Coach is amongst over 200 others who have taken the pledge!

Founded in 2005, our owner Lisa Basini built The Baking Coach on the idea that no matter your abilities, everyone should be able to make cookies! Our products range from bags teaching how to make edible cookie dough to all of your classic baked goods. members We teach in person workshops in our state of art kitchen in Bellport, NY and teach virtually through our video instructions on our Baking Activity Kits.
